Three Flashes or Below Threshold Demo
This example demonstrates content that flashes at a safe rate (below three
flashes per second) in accordance with WCAG 2.1 - SC 2.3.1.
Warning: Flashing content that exceeds three flashes per
second can be harmful and may trigger seizures in individuals with
photosensitive epilepsy.
These seizures can range from mild to severe, potentially leading to loss
of consciousness, convulsions, and physical injury.
